Our free returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we regret that we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are not eligible for refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@ramii.design for the correct return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the giver at the time of purchase, a refund will be made to the giver and the giver will be notified of the return.
Shipping
You will receive a return label from DHL before we ship the item back to you. This label must be affixed to the shipping packaging prior to shipment. Please request the return label by sending an email to info@ramii.design. The return shipment is free of charge for you.
